RUN Launches First of its Kind Deterministic Mobile Attribution Solution

  • Our preferred partnership with Verizon Precision Marketing Insights Group allows RUN to utilize the Precision ID. This ID has enhanced RUN’s newest product, Device Connect, which solves mobile attribution challenges. Specifically, Device Connect lets advertisers deterministically target users, track in-app to mobile web conversions, and it bolsters the accuracy of cross-device targeting.

Seth Hittman Co-Founder & CEO

  • As CEO of RUN, Seth is responsible for planning and implementing the company's strategic direction, overseeing business development and delivering on the company's vision.

    Prior to founding RUN, Seth experienced both the buying and selling sides of the digital media industry. He most recently served as the National Vice President of Digital Sales for FOX News Channel, overseeing both the national and network sales teams. In that role he was ultimately responsible for driving revenue across the full suite of properties that made up FOX News Digital, including FOXNews.com, FOXBusiness.com,

  • FOXSmallBusiness.com, FOXNewsLatino.com, and all coinciding mobile properties. Over the course of his tenure he helped forge Fox's first relationships with exchanges, DSP technologies, and agency trading desks.

Dan Schwartz Co-Founder & COO

  • As COO, Dan leads partnership development, working closely with media sales organizations to create strategic relationships that empower companies to onboard best-of-breed audience extension tactics for their advertiser campaigns.

    Over the previous five years, Dan was the Director of National Sales at Steel Media, where he created, managed and grew strategic sales partnerships with some of the nation's largest media organizations.

  • Prior to that, as the Director of Sales at Interep for the CBS owned and operated radio stations, he spearheaded the sales-side rollout of Arbitron's shift from diary-based to electronic PPM ratings methodology.

Michael Celona Chief Technology Officer

  • As CTO, Michael uses his accomplished software architecture, system engineering and leadership skills to build the RUN platform and oversee the engineering and technical operations.

    Prior to joining RUN, Michael was Senior Managing Engineer for Echostar Advanced Technologies, where he led a team building next generation video platforms evangelizing best- of-breed streaming technologies, cloud deployments, and development methodologies.

  • He holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.

Jason Askinasi Chief Revenue Officer

  • As CRO of RUN, Jay is responsible for all sales related activities, go-to-market strategy and brand, agency and channel partnerships.

    Preceding his time at RUN, Jay spent almost seven years at Undertone, most recently serving as the Vice President of Sales. In that role he was responsible for negotiating strategic partnerships, overseeing a large sales team and driving revenue across video, mobile and desktop solutions.

  • Jay began his media career on the agency-side at PHD, as a member of the National Broadcast team, managing the TV negotiations for HBO, Old Navy/Gap and AIG.

Brian Hopkins VP, Business Operations

  • As the VP of Business Ops, Brian is responsible for all of RUN's finance and operations related duties. These duties include: cash flow management, supervision of AR/AP systems and processes, benefits and payroll administration; as well as developing and maintaining RUN’s budgets and financial forecasts.

    Prior to joining RUN in early 2013, Brian worked in the Education Technology and Business Services Group at Stifel, a middle-market investment bank located in Baltimore, MD. During his time at Stifel he worked on multiple M&A and capital raising transactions with early stage and small cap companies.

  • Brian is a proud native of Cleveland, OH and graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2010. While at JHU, Brian served as captain of the football team and a senior member of The Johns Hopkins Investment Team. Chris Outram SVP, Data & Architecture

  • As SVP of Data and Architecture, Chris is responsible for designing RUN's DMP products and data ingestion processes.

    Before RUN, Chris was development lead for Targetspot and envIO Networks. He also spent four years building the Fantasy Sports Application for Sporting News.

Matt Kershaw VP, Client Strategy

  • As RUN's VP of Client Strategy, Matt's role is to collaborate with the leadership, sales, planning and product teams to create new and strengthen existing strategic solutions for agencies and advertisers. He's also charged with concisely communicating RUN's value propositions to the marketplace.

    Matt comes from eight years on the agency side of the business prior to joining RUN. While working at Wieden + Kennedy and most recently Digitas, he was responsible for crafting and executing communications plans and new media strategies for ABC Entertainment, Nike/Jordan Brand, Mars Chocolate and others.

Matthieu Labour EVP, Technology

  • Matthieu is responsible for overseeing infrastructure and bidding technology. Prior to joining RUN, Matthieu was VP of Engineering at ActionX where he led a team of engineers build an innovative cross screen and retargeting engine which was later acquired by Xaxis/WPP.

    Before moving into ad tech he worked in high frequency trading, and simultaneously developed his own startup bringing HFT to individual investors. Matthieu holds a master's degree in computer science from ECAM, France.

Kristen Kelly Managing Director, EMEA & APAC

  • As Managing Director of EMEA and APAC, Kristen is responsible for the expansion of RUN’s platform into new international markets, driving strategic leadership, business development and operations across the regions.

    Before joining RUN, Kristen spent the previous 11 years working within media agencies, most recently as Managing Director of Global Client Solutions for Starcom Mediavest Group, responsible for driving digital initiatives and commercializing product across MNC clients. Prior to that, Kristen spent 7 years as SMG’s Global lead for Samsung Mobile.

  • Originally from Chicago (there’s always next year!), now residing in London, Kristen holds a dual MBA from London Business School and Columbia University. Outside of the office, Kristen enjoys travelling to new countries with her husband, learning to snowboard and seeking out foreign delicacies and curiosities. First stop – always the local food markets!

Ragu Kamakshisundaram Executive VP, Product

  • As Executive Vice President of Product, Ragu leads product strategy, development, marketing and support for the RUN platform.

    Prior to joining RUN, Ragu held engineering, operations and product management roles in various companies including Akamai, Tremor Video and Bank of New York Mellon. He is active in the ad tech community and has contributed to multiple IAB committees defining standards for online advertising.

  • Ragu has MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and London Business School, a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelors in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.

Shashank Singh VP, Engineering

  • As VP of Engineering, Shashank leads engineering effort and helps build software to make RUN businesses run. Shashank is a full stack engineer and has vast experience in developing low latency and large scale systems.

    Before joining RUN, Shashank co-founded multiple startups: Steams - an anonymous social platform and Majikal - a location based events app. Shashank, also led the integration efforts for Flurry's RTB exchange and played an important role in integration of Flurry and then Brighroll services to Yahoo's. In past Shashank has also worked for Goldman Sachs and was instrumental in running their first hackathon. Shashank caught the programming bug when he first wrote a bouncing ball program using GW-BASIC in 1992, since then he has programmed in Pascal, C, C++, PERL, Java and most recently Scala.
