Seth Hittman Co-Founder & CEO

  • As CEO of RUN, Seth is responsible for planning and implementing the company's strategic direction, overseeing business development and delivering on the company's vision.

    Prior to founding RUN, Seth experienced both the buying and selling sides of the digital media industry. He most recently served as the National Vice President of Digital Sales for FOX News Channel, overseeing both the national and network sales teams. In that role he was ultimately responsible for driving revenue across the full suite of properties that made up FOX News Digital, including FOXNews.com, FOXBusiness.com,

  • FOXSmallBusiness.com, FOXNewsLatino.com, and all coinciding mobile properties. Over the course of his tenure he helped forge Fox's first relationships with exchanges, DSP technologies, and agency trading desks.

    Over the previous five years, Dan was the Director of National Sales at Steel Media, where he created, managed and grew strategic sales partnerships with some of the nation's largest media organizations.

  • Prior to that, as the Director of Sales at Interep for the CBS owned and operated radio stations, he spearheaded the sales-side rollout of Arbitron's shift from diary-based to electronic PPM ratings methodology.

Michael Celona CTO

  • As CTO, Michael uses his accomplished software architecture, system engineering and leadership skills to build the RUN platform and oversee the engineering and technical operations.

    Prior to joining RUN, Michael was Senior Managing Engineer for Echostar Advanced Technologies, where he led a team building next generation video platforms evangelizing best- of-breed streaming technologies, cloud deployments, and development methodologies.

Duke Barnett EVP Business Development

  • As Executive Vice President of Business Development, Duke assists in the organizational strategy and leads the development of new business while maintaining key agency and brand relationships across the RUN suite of products.

    Duke is very active in the digital media industry, starting in the space almost at its inception, back in 1997. He has consulting and development experience in the publisher facing speech to text/video monetization, online gaming and business deal engine markets with companies such as Everyzing, The World Golf Tour and N360, Inc.

  • Duke spent ten years at CBS Interactive,most recently as Director of Strategic Sales, where he managed both national and regionalsales efforts for league/affiliate sales and sponsorships via display, video and streaming products. Duke began his career at SMA, a New York based Sports &Marking and licensing firm.

    RUN is looking to add a strategy-driven head of product to join its executive team. We are pushing the envelope on what’s possible within programmatic ad technology across desktop and mobile, and need your help refining our product. In this role, you’ll work with a small, cross-functional team on everything from brainstorming features and customer/competitor research, to wireframing and developing specifications while working closely with developers.

    We’re looking for someone who is fluent in current UX best practices but who isn’t afraid to throw them out and create brand new ones. You should be both a conceptual thinker and a craftsperson, with expert level skills in both visual and interaction design.
